Therefore, if you need to make a return or exchange for a compelling reason, please follow our recommendations carefully.

Before placing your order

The most common reason for returns and exchanges is related to sizing issues. To ensure your truly joyful shopping experience, we highly recommend that you carefully review our sizing guide before choosing your size. If you have any doubts or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@visiblestyle.shop. We are available to provide you with personalized assistance and guidance. In addition, if our standard sizing do not suit your body shape, we also offer customization services to ensure the perfect fit for you.

Returning an order

Please remember to email us at info@visiblestyle.shop before making a return so we can authorize it.

You can contact us to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. After exceeding the 14-days period we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We accept returns for products that have not been used and are in the condition in which you received them. It must be returned in its original packaging.

Please note that we do not accept returns for customized sizes.

How to return your item

Before returning your product, please ensure you contact us at info@visiblestyle.shop to obtain authorization. Once authorized, proceed to ship the product to:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item, as well as for the shipping of your replacement item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time your exchanged product reaches you may vary.

If you order an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note:

Duties and taxes are customer‘s responsibility when applicable.

Shipments with a declared high value are subject to customs charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not liable for detained, lost or damaged packages returned with services other than the collection we provide.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you still haven’t received a refund, please contact us again.

You may need to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the refund is posted.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is ready for delivery by email within 24 hours of payment. We will refund all payments related to the order without delay.
