How quickly will my order be processed and shipped?

It takes us up to 10 business days to process and ship your order. Standard shipping takes 5 to 8 business days worldwide. You can switch to express shipping and receive your order 2 to 3 days after it is shipped.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our atelier in Sofia, Bulgaria (European Union).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that some countries impose additional duties and taxes and customers are responsible for all such charges.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be included in the confirmation email that your order has been shipped.

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it at info@ visiblestyle.shop to allow us to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

How do I exchange an item?

If you would like to change sizes or exchange your product for a new one of the same value, please contact us at info@visiblestyle.shop with your request. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
